CHALLENGE

Develop a design template/system that makes the development of the monthly newsletter more fluid. The newsletter consists of assets from multiple teams & partners while living on a very fast timeline.

SOLUTION

Design strict templates that are easy to follow partnered by a process guide. by doing so we were able to cut down on blast dates by weeks.
